At Hatchery, we help brands grow at Walmart, Sam’s Club, Amazon, and beyond — and we’re looking for a Sales Analyst to join our team. The Sales Analyst will play a critical role in supporting Hatchery’s sales team by turning data into actionable insights that drive growth for our brand partners. You’ll support both our internal team and our clients by analyzing sales performance, optimizing retail presence, supporting business planning, and helping craft compelling stories that influence buyers.
Oversee and streamline monthly financial close, reconciliations, and reporting while managing AP/AR and state sales tax filings. Prepare consolidated financial statements, resolve retailer deductions, and deliver client-facing sales reports that drive decision-making. Partner with the Director of Finance on ad hoc analysis, optimize financial systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, PowerBI), and strengthen internal controls as the business scales. Balance hands-on accounting execution with FP&A, leveraging strong Excel, ERP, and modeling skills.
Hatchery is seeking a dynamic Director of Sales to lead and execute our Omni Sales strategy, with a primary focus on Walmart Inc. This role is pivotal in driving business development, client relationships, and overall sales execution. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader who can guide client direction, ensure flawless execution, and drive new business growth. They will own and nurture relationships across multiple levels within client organizations and retailers while also leading and developing a high-performing sales team.
The Director of Business Development will be responsible for delivering new client business & revenue to Hatchery. You will identify, engage with, and close high value opportunities with brands, that have existing active business at Walmart, Sam’s Club and/or Amazon, and currently not represented by Hatchery’s team.
As an Omni National Account Manager (NAM), you’ll be the strategic bridge between our client brands and Retail’s fast-evolving retail ecosystem. This role plays a critical part in leading omnichannel business strategies across Walmart, Sam’s Club & Amazon, building deep retail partnerships, and driving sales growth across both physical and digital platforms.
