Alex Kent

Founder & CEO
Alex is the Founder of Hatchery Group. His career started in Oil and Gas in commodity trading and risk strategy in the UK and US, before moving into CPG with food products in the UK, where he excelled in business strategy and operations. Leading the turnaround of the business through optimizing operations and costs, while positioning for growth, he came to the US and did the same for another major grocery business before deciding to use his skill set to help others do the same, the reason to create Hatchery Group. Alex’s passion is for helping brand owners achieve their ambitions through accelerating their growth trajectories and optimizing their value chain.

Pat Bryant
VP of Brand Development
Pat’s 36 year career began with Procter & Gamble in sales and marketing roles that stretched across the Health & BeautyCare sectors. Throughout his professional journey, Pat also held additional leadership roles at Campbell's Soup and Kodak. Alongside his extensive corporate experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG), Pat worked as a consultant with 10 years of collective experience in leading sales & marketing focused projects with over 30 companies across a broad range of categories in the CPG space. He also served for 6 years as the Chief Sales, Marketing and Broadcasting officer for a TV shopping network before returning to the CPG industry. Pat returns to Hatchery Group as the VP of Brand Development.

Jennifer Clark
Director of Finance & Operations
Jennifer brings a wealth of expertise to the 3PL industry with over 23 years of experience spanning across diverse areas such as finance, administration, human resources, and field operations. Jennifer is a passionate advocate for fostering employee engagement, optimizing internal processes, and creating a vibrant corporate culture. With a keen focus on these critical areas, she has consistently achieved exceptional results, driving growth and success for the organizations she has served.

Laura Dubed

Manager
Laura has over 6 years of retail experience across Strategy Planning & Implementation, Finance, Merchandising and Account Management. She was most recently a Buyer at Sam’s Club in the Seasonal division and now serves at Hatchery Group as a National Account Manager for Dry Grocery.

Aaron Patterson
National Account Manager
Aaron has over 20 years of retail experience working with Walmart & Sam's Club buying teams in category management and sales. Aaron's 7 years of experience began with multinational producers, small brands, private label, import, domestic, and online DSV programs. He has worked with fast turning grocery categories, slow moving hardline categories, and multiple seasonal categories. He has successfully generated incremental business in new categories/channels, developed and managed promotional programs, and launched new items. We are excited to welcome Aaron to the team as a National Account Manager!

Jenna Moore

Jenna started working in the retail industry 2 years ago after moving to Bentonville, AR. She is a National Account Manager for Hatchery Group after several years working in ministry. She has a passion helping brands grow in natural retailers.

GREG PICKENS

Manager
Greg’s 17+ years of experience began working in the military market as a District Manager managing brand growth with numerous HBA and Grocery companies with DeCA. After a few years of in-store retail work he moved into account management. His focus for the last 12 years has been, growing and supporting companies at Walmart & Sam’s Club in a number of categories from grocery, otc, hardware and front end to name a few. New to the Hatchery Group team he looks to use his experience to accelerate your brands growth as a National Account Manager.

Ninette Swadley
Director of Replenishment
Ninette is currently employed with Hatchery Group as the Director of Replenishment where she has developed strong internal and customer relationships. She has 9+ years of Replenishment and Demand Planning experience and plays an active role in the NWA Chapter of Network of Executive Women.

Natalie Pratt
Director of Replenishment
Natalie is currently a Director of Replenishment at The Hatchery Group. She brings with her over 10 years of retail and CPG knowledge. She has worked in several categories across Walmart/Sam's as well as spending the last several years at a top 10 CPG company driving results in the dry grocery and snacks businesses. She brings to the table a deep understanding of replenishment and supply chain. She is also a part of the NWA chapter of Network of Executive Women.

Shanna Tucker

Juan Rodriguez
Brand & Content Marketing Manager
Juan joined Hatchery after completing his studies at the University of Arkansas. He began his career as a brand intern here and has lead numerous university program socials, websites and marketing campaigns. He has an exceptional eye on how to position the brand to the marketplace and drive reach and engagement.
