Alex Kent


Founder & CEO

Alex is the Founder of Hatchery Group. His career started in Oil and Gas in commodity trading and risk strategy in the UK and US, before moving into CPG with food products in the UK, where he excelled in business strategy and operations. Leading the turnaround of the business through optimizing operations and costs, while positioning for growth, he came to the US and did the same for another major grocery business before deciding to use his skill set to help others do the same, the reason to create Hatchery Group. Alex’s passion is for helping brand owners achieve their ambitions through accelerating their growth trajectories and optimizing their value chain.


Rachel Robbins

Director of Sales

Rachel has gained over 10 years of retail industry experience servicing broad retailers and major manufacturers. This includes Walmart and a top 10 CPG manufacturer where she has proven herself as an exceptional sales leader, co-creating and launching several multi million dollar brands. She brings to the team, a deep understanding of the beauty industry and a passion for brand building.

Braxton Hurst

Director of Sales

Braxton’s career began with Country Creek Farms as a sales analyst. Braxton leveraged that experience to become a merchant at Walmart for 5 years buying Non-Alcoholic Beverage and Adult Beverages. Braxton has also spent 21 years serving in the Army National Guard where he is currently a Major, responsible for all operations for an Infantry Battalion.

Cayleigh Phillips

Director of Finance

Cayleigh is the Director of Finance at Hatchery Group. Cayleigh’s accounting and finance career started in animal agriculture, then into CPG industry for the past four years in NW Arkansas. She has a passion for problem solving and providing insight through deep knowledge of the numbers, leveraging her CPA background.

Pat Bryant

Director of Operations

Pat’s 36 year career began with Procter & Gamble in sales and marketing roles that stretched across the Health & Beauty Care sectors, and additional leadership roles with Campbell’s Soup and Kodak. Pat’s role at Hatchery Group includes Sales Operations, training & development, and process ownership.

National Account Manager

Tyler is an experienced sales professional with a history of growing entrepreneurial brands in the Mass, Food, and Natural channels. He possesses an experienced track record of cultivating relationships and long-term growth strategies with some of the largest retailers in the US. Tyler spent six years in Merchandising and Replenishment prior to moving over to the supplier side. He is passionate about the CPG industry and helping challenger brands grow.


Alyssa Lee

Business Operations & People Manager

National Account

Alyssa has acquired over seven years of human resources, administrative and organizational management experience. She started her career in the mental health field but then chose to make a switch to the CPG sector where she has spent the majority of her career working for a top CPG manufacturer and then two NWA based start-ups. 


Alexis has a number of years of direct merchandising experience in mass retail, working with major manufacturers in developing new brand concepts and driving revenue for existing brands. In Alexis’ time with Walmart, she launched two multi-million brands in the beauty space collaborating with established large manufacturers and curating new relationships with smaller, nimble challenger brand manufacturers. Alexis brings a highly fact-based analytical approach to her work, with product expertise shaped in the beauty and personal care categories.


Laura Dubed

National Account

Laura has over 6 years of retail experience across Strategy Planning & Implementation, Finance, Merchandising and Account Management. She was most recently a Buyer at Sam’s Club in the Seasonal division and now serves at Hatchery Group as a National Account Manager for Dry Grocery.


Tyler Windham

Jenna Moore

National Account

Jenna started working in the retail industry 2 years ago after moving to Bentonville, AR. She is a National Account Manager for Hatchery Group after several years working in ministry. She has a passion helping brands grow in natural retailers.


Ninette Swadley

Director of Replenishment

Ninette is currently employed with Hatchery Group as the Director of Replenishment where she has developed strong internal and customer relationships. She has 9+ years of Replenishment and Demand Planning experience and plays an active role in the NWA Chapter of Network of Executive Women.

Natalie Pratt

Director of Replenishment

Natalie is currently a Director of Replenishment at The Hatchery Group. She brings with her over 10 years of retail and CPG knowledge. She has worked in several categories across Walmart/Sam's as well as spending the last several years at a top 10 CPG company driving results in the dry grocery and snacks businesses. She brings to the table a deep understanding of replenishment and supply chain. She is also a part of the NWA chapter of Network of Executive Women.

Juan Rodriguez

Brand & Content Marketing Manager

Juan joined Hatchery after completing his studies at the University of Arkansas. He began his career as a brand intern here and has lead numerous university program socials, websites and marketing campaigns. He has an exceptional eye on how to position the brand to the marketplace and drive reach and engagement.
